This McDonald's has to be one of the worst I've been to. I've gone through the drive thru multiple times and they have gotten my order wrong more than once. Against my better judgement, I went again today to get the new Smokey Gouda breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel. After repeating my order multiple times into the speaker, stressing it was the new smokey gouda breakfast sandwich, the person on the other side was completely silent. I had to ask her multiple times if she got my order, to which she replied yes. I could see on the screen that she typed in McMuffin and I said no, again it is the SMOKEY GOUDA ON A BAGEL. Again silence. Asked again if she heard my order and if she got the extra hashbrown I also ordered and she said yes. I paid and was told to pull up to wait for my order. Another car was ahead of me and after giving them their order the delivery person confirmed to me that I was waiting for a bagel breakfast sandwich and they were just getting my extra hashbrown ready. After waiting 10 mins I was given the order and I only checked for the extra hashbrown to make sure they hadn't missed it. I should have checked the sandwich but it was at the bottom of the bag, and I assumed after repeating my order numerous times they had gotten it right for once. Only after getting to work did I realize they had given me a BLT! I hate BLTs and this is not the first time they had replaced my bagel breakfast sandwich order with a BLT. The last time it happened I called and a "manager" took my information down and said I could come by for a free breakfast sandwich. When I went in the next day the person at the drive thru said they had no record of the complaint and was quite rude. I called again today and spoke to Dan who was very nice (this one star is just for him). He assured me that they have my information down and I can get a free breakfast sandwich with no time limit. Let's see tomorrow if he's being honest. If not, I won't ever be back again.
UPDATE: Went the next day and got the free breakfast sandwich. Did have to wait a bit but at least they got it...

It has wheelchair accessible parking and automatic doors. There is a ramp as well and everything is on one floor.
I regular this place, I usually go to the drive in, but sometimes I eat in. The food is good, the service is alright. It's a fast food joint, nothing too special.
There are some decorations on the inside. They have a multitude of seating, booths, high chairs, round tables with patted seats and more.
Though one thing to note, is there is generally a lot of people who sit there (and make a mess too) so sometimes you'll find tables that haven't been cleaned yet.
It is also close to a school so there will be teenagers there quite often, some rowdy, some not. But be aware.
When ordering, you can pre order on the Macdonald's app, and they will have it ready when you arrive. They have skip the dishes as well. If you enter the drive through there are 2 lanes for ordering, that merge back to one lane to pay and pickup food. If you enter They have a couple "digital cashiers" that you can pay with card or phone. Or you can choose to pay at the counter (I recommend at the counter especially if you have a CAA membership since you can get a discount with the card).
The average amount of time I must wait to get my food is about 2-5 minutes at the drive through. 2-7 minutes in person, and if you order ahead they typically have it ready by the time you arrive and it's an in and out deal.
The place has free WiFi you can connect to for anything you may need there.
For the years I have been going there I think they have only messed up my order a handful of times, and each time I was able to have my food remade.
Overall, it's a good fast-food place. It's alright for meeting up and having a chat, but I would recommend finding a quieter...
Read moreThe curbside pickup location has been changed recently, the location for this type of service is a horrible spot which is not facing main street west directly in front of McDonalds under the big M and has not only aggravated us it has aggravated and reflected poorly to other patrons. This location in the parking lot is not accessible when the line up for drive thru is out of the parking lot onto the road. Once you are in the spot you can not leave as the drive through was backed up and you could not get out of the spot once you received your food to go. There is not a wide enough driveway in that location to accommodate drive through cars and mobile order cars. This has caused a delay in getting our order, leaving with our order and a fight with other patrons to allow us to back out of our spot. I am very disappointed with this new location and will not be returning to this location as I do not want to have to sit in drive through to get an order as it's very unsafe to complete the curbside order. We where told by staff this has been changed as it is unsafe for staff members to cross the parking lot. This spot is also unsafe for staff to cross as now they are crossing the line up of cars for drive through. Once again I am very displeased with this service and will not be returning
My suggestion to keep staff safe along with patrons for curbside service, it should be moved to the spots directly in front of McDonalds on the side where the parking spots are reserved for overflow drive through and move the overflow drive through to across from the pick up window as there should be far less overflow waiting for drive through orders then there is curbside and that would allow staff to safely walk out the door without crossing traffic during...
