The general tso's chicken was raw. The chicken kabobs where very over cooked. The shrimp fried rice had 5 large shrimp on top of the dish and smelt "fishy". The chicken wings where pink as well. The beef lo mein had beef onion and fat noodles. The cheese dumplings where deep fried and made with cream cheese and onions. They tasted alright, but I didn't realise they would be deed fried. I ended up returning my order for a refund, and they didn't refund over 11 dollars for the 1/2 container of rice that was gone. Very disappointed and definitely will not go back. Very poor service after waiting over an hour. And then when returned.

Great improvement they did a great job on the renovation very modern clean and bright there is a lot on the menu that I want to try, today it's the beef broccoli, chicken fried rice and egg roll and it was delicious they cook to order great lunch and dinner combos if you want or order separate would highly recommend I plan on coming back. I went back had the garlic chicken combo plate thought it was great , a bit on the spicy but it warns you on the menu my wife ordered the sweet sour chicken ball we both thought they we great lightly battered more like tempura we plan on making this place a regular.

Absolutely no complaints about this place! We stopped by here for takeout on our way to a cottage and were really pleasantly surprised by the food and especially the price! We ordered the fried rice, chicken balls, pad thai, shanghai noodles, and general tso chicken. Everything was delicious - especially the chicken balls! Sometimes, you just want tasty, greasy Chinese food, and this is the perfect place to get it if you’re in the area. The cashier was also really friendly and helpful! You can’t ask for much more.

Decided to try this place last night for a change. The interior was nice and clean however the lighting was so bright it was almost garish. It was also very cold as there was no dual doors to block the cold coming in every time the door opened. We placed our orders which took almost 45 min to arrive. Well...at least my plate came. After waiting another 10 min, and no sign of my husband's meal, I began to eat before it was too cold. The Pad Thai was swimming in sauce and I had to search for evidence of any chicken. I had already finished my meal and eventually my husband got up to inquire about his meal since there was no waitress in sight. It eventually came and was lukewarm at best. When the waitress eventually came to ask about our meals, I let her know that we weren't happy about the poor service. Her response? Silently took the plates and walked away. The finishing touch was when she brought the bill and we were charged full price for this horrible 90 minute experience. I actually overheard other customers commenting on various food and poor service issues. Im truly hoping this is just growing pains for a new establishment, but in the meantime, we certainly...

So from the outside you might get a different impression, but upon entering the restaurant, it was probably one of the cleanest Chinese food restaurants I've been to in years! There is a view into the kitchen over the counter through plexiglass you can see attention to cleanliness continues through the kitchen. Now, to the food, clearly everyone has their own preferences when it comes to Chinese food , Chicken fried rice, Chicken chow mein, egg rolls, spring rolls, general tso, sweet and sour chicken balls and lemon chicken. Everything was absolutely perfect, cooked to perfection, great flavors, and healthy portions the size you remember from Chinese restaurants use to always be! Honestly it's super refreshing to find a takeout restaurant that still offers great quality with good portions and haven't just given in to the norm of shrinkflation like so so many other...

I've ordered their Special Chow Mein several times and been satisfied previously. HOWEVER, I just spent $32 on two egg rolls (no issue with those), and two meal prep size containers that had garlic mixed vegetables and an order of black pepper beef. The garlic vegetables were fine but the black pepper beef was approximately 10% beef and 90% mixed vegetables. I feel $32+tip is steep for what equates to alot of vegetables(green peppers, carrots, onions, broccoli and some snow peas) in 2 kinds of sauce. I'd rather drive to Welland and get Chinese food there at this point. I'm not inclined to try anything else there now other than the Special Chow Mein and I'm in no hurry to do that if the protein to filler ratio is going to be like this now. The 3 star rating is on the generous side...
