I’d like to start this positively by saying that Patrick, an employee in training, did a tremendous job serving me and my girlfriend today. His customer service was impeccable. However, the manager or supervisor (she was wearing no name tag) on shift was treating us as if we were such a huge inconvenience. We were given the wrong order, as soon as I notified Patrick he notified the supervisor/manager. She was trying to convince me that we, in fact, ordered what we had received. No. I am vegan and I ordered the one and only vegan option on their menu. Good luck convincing me that I ordered anything else lol. She also didn’t want to refund me the difference of the meals. She kept telling me that they were the same price, when it is clearly listed on their menu with different prices. I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for about a decade and they are typically great. However, any time I’ve ever had to talk to a manager/supervisor, I am treated like a big bag of trash. I’d also like to point out that the last time I came to this location, i was surprised to notice they put an “ask cashier for key” sign on their washroom. I waited 10 minutes for a bathroom key, after asking 5 different employees. Ridiculous. Also, thank you to Patrick for walking our food out to the patio area. Read moreOrdered extra large coffee and small coffee, one banana pecan muffin and belt with sausage. 5:30 am not busy, 2 or three drive through customers group of 4 young men myself and a bus driver. Girl was making up orders and bringing them to the front for the group of men one order at a time instead of making up four orders at a time. Maybe this is the way they do it but it was very inefficient. With so few in the restaurant our wait seemed unreasonably long. Bus driver behind us ordered a coffee only and finally said "excuse me I only ordered a coffee and I have to leave I'll take my money back." She just turned without saying a word and got his coffee. So what was she waiting for? At other locations coffees are served up immediately and then you wait for your food. So silly at this location. Very inefficient. When I finally got my order the coffee was standard fare but the bagel BELT was served without lettuce and tomato. Did she think we wouldn't notice? The wait was so long for 5:30am and then to make a simple standard Tms sandwich wrong and charge 11.00 for two coffees and a bagel is unacceptable. Pathetic service. Read moreTerrible service, made an order at around 12, waited a couple of minutes before being told they were out of ingredients for my order, after further discussion with the workers I was able to switch my order. Waited for another 30 minutes still haven’t received my order, went up to the workers for the second time and we were told they didn’t have our order even after showing the proof of our order through the app, for compensation they gave us a sandwich worth 6 dollars out of our 60 dollar order. After receiving this outrageous service we asked for a refund just to be told that a refund isn’t possible until the next day because their supervisor wasn’t present. The next morning we went to the Tim Hortons and talked to the staff for the forth time and still didn’t receive the refund we were promised so in the end after waiting several hours wasting time and energy for some food we payed for and didn’t even fully receive, I am truly disappointed of the service we got from this location truly a 0/10 zero recommendation to anyway thinking of...
