Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Port Hope

if I could give zero stars I would. As someone who has many years of tim hortons experience i usually try to be very considerate and understanding of the employees as i know what they are going through. however this was my worst ever experience at a Tim Hortons. We stopped at 9:30 pm on april 23 and the supervisor was absolutely horrid. He was berating customers, yelling at them across the store because a man had ordered a flatbread and they'd shut the oven off for cleaning. understandable as they have to close and it's later at night. they offer him sandwiches instead, and he happened to grab the wrong order by mistake. the supervisor was quite literally hollering at him for this. so I left and as I'm getting in my car, I see him whip off his headset and go up to this gentleman who is sitting at a table and continue, I can only assume, to yell at him some more for what was a simple misunderstanding. terrible service. terrible atmosphere. and the washrooms were also quite uncleaned and the covers on the locks were off so you can see into the stalls, as well as unlock them from the outside. managers - please explain to your staff and supervisors the importance of treating customers with kindness even when you...

Absolutely most disgusting store I've ever seen and I worked for Tim's for 10 years. The washrooms are like a nightmare and when I spoke to a staff member she said they'd just been cleaned and I said then someone needs to reclean them due to someone abusing the washroom. She said it's always that bad. When I told her someone had knocked the feminine box off the wall in both stalls and thrown 1 in the toilet along with a entire roll of paper towels and flushed causing a flood she just looked at me and said yup. If that's what they consider clean I can't imagine how unkept the food prep is or if food is even safe to eat from here. This store needs to be clearer out by head office as it's a horrible look on the franchise. If this is a constant issue as the staff member said then maybe they should remove the washroom but I highly doubt it is. Just lazy staff who don't care. Drive a few more minutes to the on route if you are traveling west or look for another place to stop if going east. Don't go to this location especially if...

Best Tim Hortons along the 401 corridor manager is very polite treats workers well from what I see managers wife is present more times than not just an excellent example. How a Tim Hortons should be run. Workers are so polite can’t say enough about this Tim Hortons. Tim Hortons should use this particular store as a model of how they should run the other stores!!

Just got back to work after eight weeks on recovery from a hip replacement had Tim Hortons coffee all over the Quinte West area since that’s where I’m from today and first day back.
