Went through drive thru here Sunday morning June 11 ordering two coffee. Lady taking order was miserable. Got to window and said debit. No mention of any problems with payment options and no sign posted. Gave the lady in glasses my wife's debit and it tried to go through. Only then did the lady in glasses mention that debit may not be working. Had coffee ready and on ledge. We scraped together enough change for the large but didn't have enough for the medium. She proceeded to place the finished medium to the side. I asked why wouldn't she give the medium when no sign was posted or no mention of debit problems was made. Still no medium. I assume it went down the drain. Very poor service and attitude on the lady in glasses. We are loyal Tim Horton customers who left this Tims with a very bad taste in my mouth, and no morning coffee. Read moreDisappointing experience at this place! I went through the drive-thru( 11: 50 PM November 16 ) and received the wrong size order. When I brought it to their attention, the staff was rude and unapologetic. They even charged me an extra 10 cents for a small cup! The white short girl at the counter had a poor attitude, closed the window quickly, and made inappropriate gestures. When I expressed my concern inside, no one empathized or accepted responsibility. I left feeling frustrated, wasted time, and spoiled my mood. This place needs training in customer behavior management and proper customer service...
Read moreI'm not sure if anyone actually reads these because clearly nothing is ever fixed.. The night shift kid has no idea what he's doing.. He couldn't make change out of a 20 for my mom and then dropped her change all over the ground and said oops and closed the window on her!! My dad has scolding coffee dropped on his hand This morning my husband went in for coffee and was greated with what are you getting...no hello no how can I help you. So damn un professional.. The list seriously just keeps going on.
I guess changing the establishment to get my family coffee is the only answer to how poorly this...
