Worst $50 I’ve Ever Spent – Ribs Were Inedible!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Our experience at Bill’s Sticky Fingers was an absolute disaster from start to finish.

First, the lack of cleanliness was shocking. We walked in and immediately saw pizza just sitting out, along with a giant bowl of Caesar dressing and lettuce that had clearly been sitting there for who knows how long. It was a complete food safety nightmare.

But the real disappointment? The infamous ribs they claim are so amazing. My husband and I shared a full rack, and he could barely make it through half before giving up. The ribs had the most horrible taste, as if they’d been soaking in water for days, leaving them soggy, flavorless, and completely unappetizing. For a place that advertises ribs as their specialty, these were an absolute joke.

And the worst part? $50 for this garbage. Easily the worst money we’ve ever spent on a meal. Do yourself a favor—go...

10/13/2023 our first time to Bill’s Sticky Fingers. We had made a reservation and were about 10 minutes late and our table was still available. 😊The restaurant was very busy as our reservation was for 5:30. The service was very good and our waitress had a nice smile when she was serving. The menu has a good variety and I couldn’t choose so our waitress selected for me. I had French onion soup, 1/2 rack of ribs with lemon/garlic sauce, with lemon potatoes and AWESOME Carrots. My better half had the same as me her /12 rack of ribs had BBQ sauce with fries and gravy, less the soup. Our friends had fish and chips and the other had parmesan chicken. All of us thought the portion size was good and lots of flavour. All in all everything was very good and the price averaged about $30 person. Parking was also excellent as there is a large lot across from the restaurant.

Went Thursday Aug 17th 6pm. Stirfry vegetables w/ the full rack of ribs were very over cooked. They had lemon and butter on them and tasted horrible. Maybe an attempt to cover-up being over cooked. Unsure; not edible in my option. The menu said sweet and tangy sauce thought bbq sauce or honey garlic. It's honey mustard sauce. I've never heard of honey mustard on ribs. My mother hates honey mustard when we mentioned to the waitress she said it's sweet and tangy. We were hungry so I ate them instead of her gave her mine. It wasn't good though.
