Absolutely horrendous service. wouldn't even give 1 star. I ordered a chicken parm pizza with two hot drinks. The drinks get made immediately but I wait over 15 minutes for my pizza because the first one the guy made I hear him laughing to another employee "I forgot the chicken" so he just tosses it and I'm stuck waiting longer. I ask the lady who took my order how much longer as my drinks have been sitting or over 10 minutes now getting cold. I finally get my pizza and he has the nerve to give me a box that has white stuff all over the bottom and just laughs saying oh I got cream cheese on it and gets annoyed when i asked him for a new clean box. Do you really think I want to take box that had that all over the bottom of my box to my car to have to place it on my seat and get it dirty?.I then get there and open it and take a piece and realize they added some weird white sauce that tasted disgusting when the online menu says it comes with tomato sauce and there was no tomato sauce in sight. I now have to waste more time going back in this time demanding a refund because I don't have any more time to wait and I'm not eating this pizza they completely messed up on and when I ask why there's no tomato sauce she tries saying oh that's just how it's made. Umm excuse me? I've had these before and it's never been made with this cream sauce. even the picture on their inside menu showed it with tomato sauce. Why have your description right on your online order as tomato sauce then? Horrible service. Do not recommend. Read moreWe stopped on our way from Winnipeg for a coffee and a bathroom break. The bathroom was absolute FILTH. No toilet paper and the floor was disgusting. I ordered a wrap before I went to the bathroom. Came out and waited in the corner where the lady who took my order asked me to wait for my order. 10 minutes went by and I asked another lady who was putting out orders and she told me to go to a different corner. I went and checked again with the lady who took my order and she asked me to go back to the other end again. Waited another 10 minutes and in the meanwhile saw many people receiving their orders and letting the person behind the corner know that they asked for something different but the lady would dismiss them and move onto next order. I had to go ask again whether my order was still pending or given to someone else by mistake and was told it was still in the making. I understand it was lunch hour and Tims was very busy with lots of people including school kids as well but the lack of communications from the staff was frustrating. I peaked behind the counter and it seems only one person was making the wraps or other orders and they barely had a half a counter available to them. That explained the slow output. It seemed they were using same utensils, gloves and counter space for all orders including meat and vegetarian options which was very concerning from hygiene and cross contamination aspect. Arrived at 6:15 p.m. to pick up a pre-paid, pre-order of smile cookies that were ordered for 6 p.m. I stated I was there to pick up my order and was told they would be brought to the counter at the left so I moved over to wait. 20 min later the staff member I spoke to realized she didn't tell someone 🤷♀️ I was there for the cookies. When she came back I politely asked how long it would be because I had already been waiting 20 min. She apologized and said she would check if I could get a refund ( I wasn't looking for a refund I just wanted to know how much longer) I never saw her again. Then another staff member brought my cookies and walked away (I had now been waiting 25 min). When I got his attention again I tried to politely ask him some questions to clarify how smile cookie pre-orders work so I would know for the future. I thought a pre-paid, pre-order with a pick up time would mean my cookies would already be ready when I got there. However, when I tried to ask him any questions he just kept said it wasn't his fault and he walked away. I wasn't laying blame, I was genuinely trying to understand the pre-order system. Then when I home and looked in the box I saw some really frightening 'smile' cookies. A truly frustrating experience...but the cookies taste great and $12 went to charity 🤷♀️.
