I have ordered 5 times since this covid stated. My boys just kobe the chicken fingers so I order fir them, myself and 2 others. Online 3 time and 2 times in person. I never get everything i ordered and paid for, the drinks have been wrong, and the fries çare always soft even if you ask for extra cook time they are so so soft. This last time I went in used coupons ordered for 7 people plus bought icecreams. Get home unpack and i was missing 2x fries with meals i git 2 drinks that didnt co e with the meals, i have never gotten my gravey i order i pay for it but i guess that doest matter to the workers. cleanliness is definitely an issue here. I visited the restroom before ordering and the employee didn't wash her hands after coming out of the stall, so I asked her to wash her hands. She nicely replied , "we have a sink in the kitchen." I was disgusted , cuz now the door handle of the restroom would be covered with her unclean hands, and my 3 young daughters and I, would be touching the door handle with our clean hands , and get them contaminated with her potty germs .... Wow I havent been in such a dirty place. I think out houses are cleaner. The bathrooms were gross tables were not washed lights in the restaurant weren't even on it took 30 mins for our Sundae when they served other there ice cream before us. When we we first to order. The back serving counters were dirty and sauces were spilt all over. And ice cream topping scattered all over also. Never seen one employee wash there hands.
