First time order experience, Rude and ignorant people they don’t know how to respect and the gentleman with whom I talked is the most ignorant and disrespectful person on the planet ordered something and forget to tell them that I don’t eat beef and he goes like oh this what you ordered and payed for if you need this again you pay again that is not the end he hunged up on me there we go because English is not my first language and misread the menu, been so polite but here we go ignorant behaviour up for us as being an immigrant I am so dissatisfied and disappointed...

It was our first return to Tornados since before the pandemic, as we don’t dine in Portage as often having moved. However, it did not disappoint and we were reminded of why we used to eat there more often when we lived locally. The potato soup, salad and breadstick was wonderful. Their salad is one of my favorites! The husband had the special of the day, grilled ham and Swiss and our grandson enjoyed a wrap and mexifries. Staff was fabulous (and patient with the ‘boys’ carrying on, even if one of them is 68). Food was quick...

Me and the fiancé had visited this place on Sunday and let me tell you…it DID NOT disappoint! From the atmosphere, great pricing, food and service everything was absolutely fantastic. It’s not often that I go to a restaurant where everything is absolutely great and this place absolutely nailed it!

The waitress we had was such a sweetheart! Very very kind, accommodating and down to earth! I believe her name was Janie! If you stop by the restaurant deff ask for her!
