Big Wing's Prince Albert — Restaurant in Prince Albert

I don’t normally leave reviews but the food so terrible at the big wings food truck at the softball tournament on opening day (today). The wings were really dry and cold from being cooked a long time before. The fries were freezing cold. Asked for warmer fries but all they did I think was throw in the same fries in the fryer to try to warm them up. Told the young workers that there was nothing fresh about the meal. All they did was apologize. No offer to be refunded.

Normally like the food at the actual restaurant….not so much on...

Always had great service, till tonight. Called about a complaint that I have found human hair in one of my orders and I wasn't happy about it. The female that I was talking to was being argumentative and kept stating that is it impossible for any hair to fall into their food cause they "always" where hair nets and hats. All I wanted to hear was "I'm sorry that's happened, what can I do for you?" It was extremely poor customer service at least honor the mistake and do something for your customers so they keep...

Really depends on who’s working whether it’s good or not. When it’s good it’s really good, but if the wrong person is working it’s a waste of money. Was last there 06/28/2025, and did not have a good experience. They fixed my order without any issues which was great, but again it wasn’t done properly. I don’t blame the lady that tried to help me, but her coworker in the back clearly didn’t get the assignment. Nonetheless, I’ll go back because I’ve had more good experiences...
