Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Prince Albert

I ordered a gluten-free Supreme for takeout online, and got a kick out of their recommendation to "treat yourself" with a side order of gluten (breadsticks). 😄

The man who gave me my pizza was VERY friendly. Because they are trained not to cut the gf pizzas due to possible cross-contamination, he offered to clean off one of their cutters and cut it for me.

Unfortunately, the best way to describe this pizza is with a sad trombone sound. It was beyond disappointing, especially since I paid $16 including taxes for it. I don't know if they are cheaping out on toppings because I ordered a gf crust, or if they do this all the time now. I remember ordering Supreme pizzas when I was still eating gluten and ALWAYS receiving the "ooey-gooey good" pie they used to advertise back in the day. Not only was this pizza sparse on toppings all around, there was about a half inch of crust around the edge, and barely any cheese. Like, the toppings were falling off as I ate, simply because there wasn't enough cheese to keep them on.

So, great service, terrible pizza. I'll stick with Pizza73 from now on, because at least I get my money's...

I ordered online and paid online, the total including tip was $11.49 confirmed by email. It was a pick up order and when my hubby brought it home the receipt said I had paid $25.91!? They weren’t going to give him the receipt but he said he wanted it otherwise we wouldn’t have known. I called them and they said nothing could be done? I argued with him ( I had the proof in my email and on the receipt)- he finally agreed to give us our money back but only after I told him that I had already contacted a manager out of province ( true). But we have to make a special trip there tomorrow to get our money back. ASK for your receipt and or DO NOT order from this store. They didn’t ever explain how this could happen. Just denied...

Can I give them a zero? Ordered a pizza today...spent the exorbitant amount of money it costs to get a stuffed crust Pizza Hut pizza and what we received was a Flatbread. No toppings save about 8 mushrooms. Flat crust...looked like something you'd get at a gas station. Drove our delivered pizza back to the store to have the clerk and manager both argue that it's perfect. It's garbage!! Never again!!! Worst pizza I've ever seen in my life! And most expensive...well done Pizza Hut. Will order elsewhere in the future since you obviously don't care about the product you deliver when people choose to spend their hard earned money at your establishment. Pizza Hut used to deliver an expected, consistent product. No more....
