From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, it was clear that she had mastered the art of bad customer orientation. I have nothing against food quality and location to be honest and fair. They are not the best and for sure not the worst, they have nice quality food for the price but this bad customer care which I saw multiple times just disappointed me and made me leave this review because I won't go there anymore and won't recommend it to any one of my friends and family anymore.

As I approached the counter to place my order, she barely looked up from whatever she was doing on her phone, displaying an attitude that screamed, "I couldn't care less about your presence here."

I might be wrong about this, but it seems that around closing time, even the manager steps in to clean up; I've seen this numerous times here. (I haven't asked him what his position and/or job title is, but he's the only guy I ever see here giving direction to others [therefore I presume him to be a manager] and cleaning things himself without someone else having ordered him to do so). I dunno if he's a tyrant at other times, but from what I've seen around closing time, it looks as though the guy leads by example and doesn't hesitate to get his hands dirty. Based on how I've heard him giving direction to other workers, his tone is never condescending, dictatorial, or superior; he seems to be putting forth the effort to convey to other workers, "We're all going to get this done together; this is how it's gonna get done, and I'll tell you why". Based only on the brief snapshots I've observed of how things are done here, I know of more than one business that could take this place as an example to learn from. Is everything here textbook perfect? I dunno; I haven't seen everything that goes on behind closed doors; I'm no expert, but there are a few things which these guys do that other places might consider emulating.
