KFC — Restaurant in Prince George

Im ashamed to even put a star. This is a place which will try to confuse the customer of what they ordered by simply asking if you want a small or large drink with that. How about give what the order comes with and if the customer wants something other than that, they will say it. I received the order and all it was was a burger and fries. Not the box or what I paid for. This is the second time they gave me the meal instead what I paid extra for. I go inside and say I ordered the box and they finally asked me what kind of side I want with it. They do this to customers and hoping they are not paying attention so they can hopefully charge an extra amount of money for a large drink instead of what comes with it and not give you the extra pieces of chicken and salad that should have come with the box. I will be in tomorrow to discuss this with the manager that I was told will be present...

So, I left a bad review about a year ago..., and that was the last time I had KFC (I've attached that review as a screenshot since you can't leave more than one review).

Really just wanted a big crunch..., you know, as is advertised by KFC.

I've attached what they show a big crunch to be and what I got...like a squashed breaded chicken cutlet. If this is what KFC as a franchise is peddling then shame on them. If this is just what is served at this KFC location, then someone needs to address this because this isn't even close to what's advertised and what you used to get.

The only redeeming quality of the location is the staff. They are friendly and I appreciate their customer service... especially since if this the food they are told to give, I'm sure they get their fair end of unhappy customers.

(Oh, the mayo...I spread that myself. It was just a blob in the center...

Staff are friendly enough, but careless. The last few times (over the course of a few months) when I have ordered I have requested honey mustard when I place my order. The order is repeated back, including honey mustard, but when I get home...no honey mustard. That's one example. Today, however, my review is based on no honey mustard yet again, but the food quality was terrible. My order was ready and packed within a minute of getting to the window immediately after I ordered. The fries were inedible, and the photo below is what my "spicy" big crunch looked like. The chicken was tough and dry. Both fries and sandwich were not fresh; almost as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Husband's regular big crunch was no different. Very disappointing.
