I went through the drive through today (27/08/2024) I ordered 3 drinks (2 of the new fall drinks and one cookie crumble Frappuccino but I paid cash) I want to clarify that I am ALWAYS polite, I was raised right, and my Starbucks trips are often one of my favourite parts of my day because I love talking to their usually awesome staff. But today a man at the drive through (hat, caucasian, late 40s) was helping me and passing me my drinks. He passed me the Frappuccino and then one of the other drinks, not giving me a straw with the previous one and I sailed âoh hey can I have a straw?â Because sometimes they forget, and he stopped and asked me âwell what do you say?â (Indicating for me to say please) and treated me like a little child, and belittled me in front of my friends. I have used my pleases and thank yous through this entire procedure. It was completely uncalled for and actually really uncomfortable and rude. I know itâs a small thing but itâs actually not. I just want my drink that I paid for and always tip well. I have been kind throughout this entire experience and wanted to be treated with the same kindness and respect I show your staff. Not to be talked down to and treated like a child.
To the man that helped me today, no customer regardless of there age, should be talked down too. Treat your customers with the same courtesy they do...

Today I went to grab quick coffee and there were only 3 cars in front of me and I still waited 25 mins to order . I ordered medium decaf v latte . When I got ti window I got charged for venti and she gave me venti size too . There was no apology for long wait and on top wrong size for coffe . End up paying almost $8 to stay in drive thru line up for a medium coffee . Itâs soo frustrating going through drive through this location because you literally fell trapped and you canât leave . Wasted my whole lunch break today for this coffee . Never going back to this...
   Read moreThis is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to 𤌠Mobile ordered before we left our house (said our order would be ready in 10-13 minutes), made multiple stops before Starbucks, and when we arrived the app said our order would be ready in 20-25 MINUTES!!! Went inside, and waited 38 freaking minutes, and were refused a refund. This made us extremely late for our appointments, wasting so much time and money. Just go to Tim Hortons or place your mobile order an hour ahead. Extremely disappointed as this isn't the first time this has happened, and there have always been other people waiting just as long. Don't think I'll be going to this...
