Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Prince George

Love Dominos pizza, but recently I ordered a pizza around midnight for me and some friends. They made an honest mistake on my toppings. I wouldn't have cared too much. Unfortunately one of my friends was deathly allergic to a topping. The assistant manager handled it very rudely. As I asked if they could do anything about it. He refused multiple times. Over the phone he called one of my friends a very vulgar name. As we were asking politely if he may give us a discount or even in store credit. Again not naming names I was refused. I stopped by the store that night was yelled at told to "F" off. I don't blame Domino's. Dominos is dominos. You either love their pizza or hate it. What makes this franchise exceptional is their service. We were visiting Prince George for my son’s Taekwondo tournament and after a long 8 hour drive, arrived at the hotel tired and hungry. The pizza arrived very quickly and to our surprise, and the first time in my 30+ years ordering pizza, we were gifted with paper plates, napkins, and cups for our pop. Ok. It's been a while. Most chains usually ruin their pizzas in a way you cannot tell what ingredients your pizza has because they are tiny or there's a lack of them they blend and the taste fades away with that. I ordered a medium fairly cheap one and I was gladly surprised. Had no idea what New York style would entitled. It's was not a premium one but very good for what I expected.
