McDonald's — Restaurant in Prince George

It's a McDonald's they are pretty much all the same. No surprises here. The only comment was that the morning staff would go out of their way for the customers, so I would frequently go there at this time. I recently went through the drive-through to cash in some of the rewards I had won on the app for the Monopoly Contest. I had points to use, plus free offers for food and drink items, and had winning playing pieces. All together, I had enough points, offers, and playing pieces to get 2 cheese burgers, an ice-cream cone, two medium fries, and a medium drink. Plus, I ordered items as well. During the process to cash in these points and offers, etc, the cashier was having trouble getting the order processed, and I was struggling to figure out how to use the app properly. INSTEAD OF GETTING HELP I GOT LAUGHED AT, and so I just went to the window to try and fix the issue, but with no luck. I am finally out of respect for people behind me in line. I left, but as I did, I watched as points for items were deducted from my account anyway without receiving anything. NO WORRIES WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK. THEY CAN KEEP THEIR POINTS AND REWARDS. A billion dollar company shortchanging customers, whatever, the food was for my roommate anyway as I won't eat the food here anyway with the exception of coffee - muffin deal. If I were the manager here, I would give the staff an attitude adjustment. 09/18/24 waited a while to return only to be told thier not gonna severe me at this hour what I want meanwhile they could last time and multiply before it. Shake my head, these people need a better standard

Front counter blatantly ignored a senior to the point he just walked out, they’re not giving out monopoly stuff for half the items you should when ordering what kinda bogus scam is this

Is it that hard to stop gossiping with with co worker for a 12am order same employee last 3 times if gotten a wrong order

The customers don’t ask for much speaks fluent English single file drive thrus (these double up ones are cancerous) and just give us what we pay for read the order check it so that way we don’t have to Come back and yell it’s really not that hard other jobs people get fired for that kinda nonsense

I ordered 10 piece nugget meal w/coke , McDouble meal w/coke, regular blizzard L/fries , chicken nugget happy meal w/small fries and iced tea . Kept telling me to drive forward after every meal ordered even though I wasnt done, kept rushing me. I get to the window to pay ,asked to hear the order again. She missed the large fries and a/fries for happy meal . Get to next window, again they rushing me almost putting my drinks in the vehicle on my lap . I was trying to find spot in the veg put the food so I could drive away and ladie goes ok your done now have a nice day ,again RUSHING ! Kids start getting there for to eat and notice happy meal has mini fries not the small fries I asked for and they forgot the large fries on the side so I go back and ask for the fries they forgot and she said I do remember you and you have to give. Your receipt cause there is no meals here for that. Give them the receipt and she say ok im charging you for the fries , what ? I said I got my large fries and it’s the medium fries missing from the meals it’s going to cost more , after a few mins I walked out cause at this point cause I paid for my meal already she shouldnt be charging me...
