I came to Princeton for a work trip and decided to stop by Frannie's for my morning coffee. Right when you walk in you’re greeted by a warm and cozy atmosphere.
The café offers plenty of seating, from classic tabletops to comfy couches by the fireplace. I ordered a medium roast coffee, an everything bagel with cream cheese, and a brownie as a sweet treat!
The coffee was brewed smooth and flavourful. The bagel was perfectly toasted with a light crisp on the outside and a soft, warm centre. Let’s not forget the brownie? Rich, sweet, and indulgent. Just what I needed. I loved it so much that I ended up stopping here every morning before heading out.
They also had a charming artisan corner filled with locally made goodies. I couldn't resist picking up an adorable keychain! It’s the perfect little keepsake that I'II cherish forever!

A few areas of improvement: the music selection seems very put of place and doesn't really make the shop feel like a family-friendly environment. I've been in multiple times now when when gangster rap and other controversial music is on and it doesn't feel very welcoming when I bring kids. When I look around I mostly see families and elderly folk in the coffee shop and I'm sure they'd love something a little more classy. Please change the music selection!!
Second, it seems like some of the batista don't know how to steam milk properly in order to get any foam. This isn't really a big deal unless you order a cappuccino and realize you're reviewing a no-foam lattee (which I have had the displeasure...
Read moreAwesome, beautiful little spot. Although not so little, renovated not long ago. Plenty of space to sit, nice little nooks you can set up in with some friends or family to enjoy fresh baked pastries and goodies. Coffee is incredible, personally only drink black coffee but I have tried some of their other stuff. I've loved everything I've had from there, sandwiches, soup, breakfast wraps are all great. Not a tea drinking so i can't speak to that but I'm sure it's as good as the rest. Lovely outdoor seating area recently built as well. Highly recommend it, I go 2-3 times a week. Reasonably priced as well, 3.15$ for a 16oz black coffee, sandwiches are around 10 bucks and it's all quality...
