Colibri — Restaurant in Quebec

It's tough to 'review' some places where the experience you've received there still blows your mind after days. We were on a trip to Quebec and I stumbled on this place purely owing to the fantastic reviews they have. Little did I know that I was going to eat everyday at the same place. Such was the magic this place has! Set in a beautiful, minimalistic decor, it impressed me the moment I set foot in. The service was fabulous. The ladies were polite and were receptive to courtesy, were considerate enough to answer my curious questions about the ingredients in the food... And boy was the food good!! The Israeli salad has blown my mind. The jalapeno-garlic dressing was bang on. The falafel wraps were fabulous. The Avacado Toast was awesome too. I usually do delivery fron this restaurant, and both their salads and wraps are delicious! I have already eaten at the actual restaurant and the staff is friendly and the food came quickly! They have a lot of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. The only critique I have is that their delivery sometimes arrives way too early than what was asked, so just be ready to receive your order maybe 30 minutes before the earliest requested time without warning. Everything arrived hot and delicious, and the generous portions were more than satisfying. The beautiful ambiance, with tons of plants, created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.
