Sushibox — Restaurant in Quebec

This sushi place is amazing! Located in a little strip mall, with lots of parking spots reserved for the SushiBox. We got there around 7pm and had no reservations, the young man bringing the take out orders to the cars advised us it wouldn't be possible to eat inside but we could place an order at there take-out kiosk on the left side of the restaurant. They have about 5 pic-nic tables between the parking lot and the street, so we decided to there. We ordered about 40pcs and a wakame salad it came up to just under 100$ but it was absolutely worth every cent. Very tasteful, great presentation but most importantly it was sooo fresh. The food was amazing and very fresh, which we greatly appreciated. However, we were disappointed by the service: Although we made a reservation, our table was not ready when we arrived, and the person in charge seemed quite disorganized. When it was time to pay, we waited 30 minutes without any staff (in our case a lady) approaching our table or acknowledging us. We only managed to pay because we approached another staff member (a guy) to request the bill. Even then, we waited an additional 5 minutes before anyone came to us, by which time we had already started getting ready to leave. We came here for an impromptu dinner with our two small children during our trip to Quebec City. At first, they informed us they had no available seating (it was a weekday at 5pm). But, they went to go double check and were able to accomodate us.
