Fromagerie Victoria — Restaurant in Quebec

Very good place to eat a good tasting poutine. The fries were nicely cooked, the gravy had a nice texture and tasted really good and the cheese curds were so fresh and delicious. The prices are a lot more expensive than other places for the same quantity but they will tell you it’s because they put more cheese than their competitors. The drive-tru service was really fast and the staff at the window was really nice and polite. The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere for a poutine and burger joint. Expensive for what it is, basically just a roadside diner with over priced food. Only the cheeese is out of the ordinary.

Ordered twice, first was a clearly frozen burger patty with stale lettuce.

Second was the poutine attatched to this review, was 25 with tax & tip.

Decent size, but not for the price point. Barely any meat for a 25$ poutine. Fries were clearly stale. And they forgot...

Sujet : Mauvaise expérience de service à la Fromagerie Victoria de Bouvier

Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception suite à ma visite à la Fromagerie Victoria de Bouvier en tant que chauffeur Uber Eats. Le dimanche 8 decembre 2024 à 20h44, j'ai vécu une expérience inacceptable.

C'est la deuxième fois que je me retrouve face à une telle situation. Trois jeunes employés, d'environ 15 à 17 ans, m'ont ignoré lorsque je suis venu chercher une commande Uber, malgré le fait que l'établissement ferme à 21h00. Ils ont fait semblant de nettoyer, tout en me surveillant en souriant. Finalement, j'ai dû attendre qu'un de leurs collègues sorte par derrière pour m'informer qu'ils avaient déjà fermé.

Cette attitude est non seulement irrespectueuse, mais elle affecte également mon travail. Je suis très mécontent de ce manque de professionnalisme et de courtoisie de la part des employés.

J'espère que cette situation sera prise au sérieux et que des mesures seront mises en place pour améliorer le service...
