MUST VISIT. I have never left a review of anyone so quickly. It was our first time in Quebec City, we travelled from Ontario and given it was Christmas Day most of the restaurants were closed. We saw this place was open and decided to dine in. We don’t speak French and this was our first day and first restaurant visit in Quebec City. The chef ‘s (Ms. Kim I believe) husband was helping his wife that day and welcomed us into the restaurant. The chef’s husband spoke English, was humorous, warm and welcoming and also suggested that the chef could prepare a Sushi dish using ingredients safe for my pregnant wife. We ordered Tom Yum soup and Shrimp Cashew curry, both deliciously made with fresh ingredients, the flavours were right and the portion size were enough for my wife and I.

Dieser Sushi Imbiss ist etwas ganz besonderes. Der überaus freundliche Inhaber berät den Gast persönlich und ausführlich über die angebotenen Speisen.
Unser Essen war ausgezeichnet. Meine Frau nahm die vietnamesischen Frühlingsrollen und das Huhn in Ginger Sauce. Ich bestellte verschiedene Sorten Sushi.
Das Sushi hatte einen besonders hohen Fischanteil von bester Qualität. Die "Sushi Pizza" mit Lachs war etwas ganz besonderes, was ich sonst noch nirgendwo gesehen habe. Knusprig fritierte & panierte Nori Blätter werden mit Reis, Fisch Tartar und Karotte belegt. Das war unglaublich kreativ und lecker!
Aber auch die normalen Hoso Maki konnten voll überzeugen.
Dieser sehr herzliche Besuch wird uns sicherlich noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben (uns wurde zum Abschied sogar noch zugewunken). Wenn wir hier in Québec wohnen würden, wären wir mit Sicherheit jetzt Stammkunden.
