A Delightful French Bakery Experience in Quebec. While I'm not French and can't judge the authenticity of French cuisine, I can confidently say this is the best French bakery I've ever visited. The prices are premium, but so are the pastries, cakes, buns, breads—everything about this place exudes quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch here. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Remember, you're paying for top-notch quality and freshness, and this bakery delivers on both fronts. Absolutely amazing! I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Quebec. ❤️ Happy food exploring, everyone! 🙂 --- **Update: Another Memorable Visit** As promised, I revisited this bakery on my recent trip to Quebec, this time with a larger group of friends. We all loved the food and hospitality. We tried multiple sandwiches, cakes, and muffins, and each item was exceptionally delicious. Added some recent pictures from our delightful experience.

We visited this bakery, and I have to say they have an amazing variety of pastries, bread, chocolates, and other products—all locally sourced from Quebec! It was great to see such a selection, and the cinnamon roll we had was really tasty. However, we had some issues with the drinks. When we received our matcha, it tasted incredibly watery—it was definitely not their strong suit and quite unpleasant. We also had some trouble with the cinnamon rolls, as they were hard. We had to ask the staff to microwave them a bit to make them edible. When we mentioned the latte was bad and we didn’t drink it, the lady kindly gave us a coffee instead, but that was just as bad. I’m not sure if their machine was broken, but based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place for drinks. The pastries were great, but the beverages need some work.

Large variety of bread and ready-made food. Wish the food was made fresh to order, especially for the price. We ordered a Croque monsieur, a caprese sandwich on olive bread, a matcha latte, a chocolatine, and a fancy chocolate pastry. The desserts and breads were definitely a highlight. Would definitely eat here again when I’m back in Quebec City.
