This is my third visit to this chain and this time was a miss. The poutine lacked sauce and it had these chunks in it from either being not mixed enough or old (I suspect the later). Also while there I was looking at their promotional video on how they make the cheese which left me wondering since in most of the video people are wearing gloves but at one point when removing the curd cheese from the cat one of them is handling it with his bare hands, then the guy cutting I’m the cheese into blocks and putting them in plastic bags to vacuum pack them is also touching the cheese with his bare hands and lastly when they are show the making of a poutine everything is done with their bare hands (grabbing the fries and the cheese curds). So don't be fooled by their poutine size! A small is enough as a meal, a medium is ideal for 2 people and a large for a group of 3-4. I highly recommend taking the "ptit pops" (fried cheese curds)! They also have their own ice cream :) Order your food at the counter and then take your seat. This is a family...
