McDonald's — Restaurant in Quebec

This place SUCKS. Last time I was here they made me wait 30mins for 2 large fries & a large soft drink. Finally got my food & the fries were burned. Went there today, thought, "I'll be smart and order from the app beforehand." It was busy so chances of bad fries again were minimal. Went through the drive through, get my bag and drink handed to me. Drive off. I always check my orders before leaving anywhere. They didn't put in 1/2 my order & didn't give me any sauce for the mcnuggets I ordered, even though the app makes you pay extra for extra sauces. Went inside and was like, "wth?" And the manager is like, "oh here, let me take ALL the food to the back." At which point I'm approached by another cashier who just stares at me, waiting to take my order...the manager finally comes back talking about ketchup or some stupid thing so for the second time in 2 visits here I just got my money back and left. Even that was a hastle because they forgot to put my receipt in the bag!!! WASTE OF TIME. It takes me an hour to drive the round trip from my house to there(live in the country) for this kind...

The average wait time in the drive through is between 15 and 25mins. Going inside to order there's rarely anyone that greets you at the counter, you're better off using the touch screen order booths...That aside, this morning going through the drive through the girl serving me had to have been stoned. Kept forgetting to answer the drive through microphone I kept having to ask if she was still there , got to the window and she has to ask what my order was again , she guessed a medium double double where i corrected her with a extra large 2 cream. She took my money and disapeared 2 minutes until seeing me sitting waiting she went to hide and sent her coworker to come ask my order again and the coworker served me a coffee. There was one other car in the drive thru and it still took 7 minutes.

The owner of this place needs to supervise their staff better. Its not just 1 team of workers its the whole place...

Absolutely terrible. We tried to order in our limited English and a woman actually started yelling at us over the drive through microphone. We immediately drove to the first window where a very nice young woman helped to place our order (she spoke perfect English). She got the manager at my request and translated to her what had happened and when the manager responded back to her in French we realized it was most likely the manager who had been yelling at us (we recognized her voice). She told us (with the young woman translating) that she would have a serious talk with the staff. Yeah right. I always give good reviews and when I receive poor service simply do not leave a review at all, but this was truly a terrible experience for me, my 2 daughters and my sister.
