Very professional and friendly staff. Requested suggestions on how best to reheat take out fish and chips and was given easy detailed advice from Phil. We've eaten fish and chips pretty much all over Canada, England, and elsewhere. Phil's fish and chips were simply delicious (We had haddock and cod). Tender fish with crispy batter, the chips were better than we thought they would be, with malt vinegar (malt, so pleased). The dessert (carrés aux dates avec caramel is the french translation for sticky Toffee pudding which was so delicious it brought back memories of England to my wife. The Scotch egg was as tasty as can be, as was the deep fried mars bar. If you are looking for authentic British fish and chips, look no further, this place would be very hard to beat. Note- I was there for take out, but the restaurant, though a little small, was very clean, with nice seating, and again, a friendly staff. Though I would be tempted to suggest ordering take out and having your meal at Quai Cageux along les promenades Samuel de Champlain which it is not to far...

I even was able to thank the chef personally, who of course is from the UK! I told all my friends and look forward...
