Pizza Salvatoré — Restaurant in Quebec

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment.

I placed an order for Chicken Nuggets and specifically requested the sauce to be served on the side. The staff member who assisted me spoke English and took the order correctly. However, when I received my food, the sauce had been poured all over the nuggets, contrary to my request.

My order number was #152.

I then called the number listed on your website for assistance. I was placed on hold for 18 minutes before the call was disconnected. I called again and was put on hold for another 20 minutes. Eventually, I was transferred to the location, but the person who answered hung up after saying “no English.”

What was most frustrating is that the call was not transferred to the English-speaking staff member who originally took my order. This level of service and miscommunication is very disappointing.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make improvements to your customer service and order...

Atrocious service. I was feeling really good about this company having never tried it before. Ordered online with an estimated delivery of 9:05pm. 9:50 rolls around so I call to inquire and am instantly hung up on, nobody even answers the phone at the customer service center. Tried 3x before reaching a person who told us to wait another 10 minutes and then call again. We wait until 10:10 and then call again to be transferred to the individual restaurant. Once transferred and explaining the situation the store promptly hung up on us. Pizza was finally delivered at 10:22 by a very confused delivery person who tried to have me pay a second time for the order. Absolutely big no to this place I would give minus in customer service if I could They forgot to deliver our drinks and dip which were already paid for and then we politely asked them and the girl said they will deliver it So our pizza is now getting cold ande the guy calls after 25 mins and ask that you knly want drink and dip and I was like o so you are still there and when asked about time he said 15 mins and here we are after 2 hrz still waiting No one picks up and we dun know after paying $50 for 1 pizza and a drink whether to eat this cold pizza or return them in the morning So yeah definitely be paying a visit coz this is not acceptable U have my money and no service provided no product...
