Restaurant Buffet Royal — Restaurant in Quebec

Ordered thru Uber a Giant Hamburger Caruso upgraded to med. Poutine with peas and coleslaw and coke zero (see the attached picture). Lets just say the gravy, peas and coleslaw were pretty good, but that's it. Fries are fries and you really can't mess those up but the cheese kurds seemed to be a bit too hard. As for the main dish, the giant hamburger caruso, they forgot one main ingredient, the meat sauce, so i got a giganitic dry bun with a small dry beef patty. I also left a note to please add cutlery and even that didn't arrive. Had to go to the bar on the main floor of the Delta Hotel to steal a fork. Can someone pleaae tell me what i was supposed to do with a litre of gravy??? Hey they got the can of Coke zero...

This is an affordable and high quality restaurant. Cesar au poulet grille (chicken salad) was very filling and delicious. Poutine General Tao was a big surprise to me. The white hair lady at night was friendly, careful and considerate. She was patient with my sister’s attempt at French. Je donne 1 étoile à ce restaurant pour une expérience extrêmement frustrante. J'ai été facturé plus de 400$ de plus que le montant réel de ma facture à cause d'une erreur de leur part. La veille nous avions convenu que je devais me rendre sur place pour finalement arriver et on m'informe que le propriétaire n'est pas là et je devrais attendre son appel qui pourrait aller jusqu'au lendemain. Le personnel n'était pas du tout courtois et compréhensif face à cette erreur. Pire encore, ils ne m'ont même pas offert la moindre compensation pour ce terrible désagrément. Quand je leurs ai demander un dédommagement, ils m'ont informés que ce n'était pas une erreur très grave et ils ne fesaient rien de gratuit. Alors au final, j'ai quand même dû payer mon repas et obligé de payer le tips que j'avais laissé lors de la livraison. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce restaurant qui facture ses clients par erreur puis rend le processus de remboursement extrêmement difficile et frustrant, sans aucune considération pour le client.
