   Read moreIn the two hours that I had to wait in this establishment this morning to get 2 sets of pancakes and a sandwich, I had a ton of time to watch this joke of an establishment function.
I can not help but think this all falls down to the management (assistant manager, supervisor? The lady who gets to wear her fancy clothes.) who was taking tables and not managing the restaurant. We actually watched the tables the manager, assitant manager? took, get served and then leave in the amount of time it took us to get our order into the kitchen.
The hostess doesn't come close to being a people person when she points at seniors and says, you two,here. And points at a table. I watched a server hand a lady her milkshake with zero words, or a straw or a spoon and walk away. The male server said, I have an omelet but I have no idea what it is to a table of 11. The hostess told us to take a seat and when we said we were fine, she explained to me what a chair was when she should have probably been bussing tables.
The men's washroom has one working stall and the garbage cans are over flowing at the service stations and I'm literally watching the servers throw trash onto the floor without taking the 2 seconds it takes to pull the bag out and replace it.
This is a franchise is it not? There should be check lists, there should be standards. The manager should be over seeing the entire room and know what the seating time is, instead of looking at us like a deer in head lights and passing us along to someone else.
Chaos and not even controlled. And for the amount of money it costs to eat out, it is supposed to be a treat, not a colossal waste of my money and making me wish we would have just stayed home.
Not to mention they are bribing their customers with 20% off the bill for a nice Google review.
