We went for supper with 2 other couples, and some kids. They were accommodating with putting us together in the same area, since you can only have 6 per table. One couple ordered appetizers for their main meal and it was brought out with the other appetizers, as well as the kids meals. So they were done eating before anyone else got their food. We were there an hour (actually an hour, not exaggerating) before my mom finally got her meal, and it was cold. I was still waiting for mine and had to flag down the server to see if she forgot about mine. She said it was almost done. When I finally got it it was cold, so I'm not sure what they were waiting for. So none of us were eating together. The server brought 2 of the bills, but not ours. One couple paid right away, and for the other couple it took forever for the server to come back. We asked for our bill and it took forever for us to get it. I don't know if the server kept going on a break or what the problem was, but we were very disappointed with the service. Read moreFirst of all Our server and the host staff were amazing it was very quiet so thats awesome however the food and chef really needed some work.... Asked for medium rare steak got a very rare still dripping blood no seasoning steak and could clearly hear the chef making a large deal out of "not knowing what rare is" when we asked if it would be an easy fix to throw it back on for a few minutes (was willing to keep it if ur was to busy) server was awesome about it and could also hear her trying to explain that people often see rare differently... Not that she should even have to justify that to another professional. I myself went to culinary school and am very aware of the difference between cooks but was trying to make it a simple respectful fix unfortunately that wasn't met well from the other end. We originally came for the fish and chips but unfortunately they are still out but quality is always better if you wait! Very disappointed in the kitchen this trip hopefully they get this particular staff member some extra training and have a conversation about reasonable differences rather than just letting it ruin other people's evening...

Everything arrived except my sirloin bites so I said no problem I’ll start on my very small overcooked lukewarm loaded baked potato. About 10-15 minutes and several apologies later the steak bites arrived. Imagine about 15 very over cooked small dry pieces of meat curled up on a plate. The inside as dark and dry as the outside. I thought they would be grilled so I had asked for well done not a fan of red meat. What arrived would not normally be sent out by any kitchen. The waitress apologized several times as she brought them to me and did take them off my bill after asking if I wanted to try again! My friends were finished their meal and it was time to hit the road. You could tell there was a conversation amongst the staff, and there several offers of sympathy from different wait staff. I almost thought they were stopping by to look and see if it was as bad as they had heard! A manager who was part of the conversation kept looking at our table but did not come over.
