Nova Deli — Restaurant in Quinte West

This is now the second time this has happened to me. I work in the service industry, and I cook and serve food. I’ve been going to Novadel for many years. The price has slowly increased, which is understandable but the food and the quality has drastically decreased.!!! I ordered two small donuts. I paid $20 and I got a quarter cup of meat, cheese and lettuce.!!!! In total! I’ve added a photo for proof when I opened the Donaire I was working and I showed customers and they were all mortified that somebody would charge $10 for $1.50 meal because that’s all it was worth so I returned it and had another one made it wasn’t much better! Too bad there’s no zero star rating because that’s what their food is worth. Each time I go there I’m more disappointed. They changed their sauce a few years ago and obviously refuse to listen to their customers according to many other reviews, it’s so runny that most of it leaks out the bottom which makes it totally impossible to eat without a huge sticky mess.
