YOU DONT WANT TO EAT HERE I am a foodie and enjoy trying all the local cuisine. We had heard good and bad reviews of this place so we thought we would try it do yourself a favour and stay away. First off they don't have a menu on line which should have been my first warning but I called a got a lovely girl who I asked about various dishes and ordered our food in a dinner package. When got things were missing so I called the girl said they were about to close but she would leave a note and we could pick it up on a different day. I was disappointed because the food we did get taste like it was cooked from a week ago FRESH IT WAS NOT and the flavor left much to be desired the chicken fried rice was plain fried without a scent of chicken but that wasn't the problem we stopped in to get things left out of order and the owner refused to give them to us and said she was going to take it out of the poor girls pay if she had to honor the missing item. I said don't bother I will never come here again and how awful I thought she was to do that. She became angry told me to get out of her place and picked up phone to call police. I couldn't believe the racist names she called me as I left and was disgusted and shocked by what happened . I never would believe that racism like this would happen in my own country or anywhere for that matter had I not been targeted. I told her I was going to share what happened through social media she swore at me and started arrogantly yelling do you really think you can take us down with a review and started laughing like a lunatic it was very alarming and bizarre. So if you eat here know if you have a problem with anything it will be handled in a very unprofessional manner. I do believe with social media customers have a voice and the way you are treated matters good or bad. I can say in 40 years of dinning out I never experienced anything like what happened over a simple order of honey garlic spareribs imagine how the owner would react over anything...

Where do I begin. I will start with the 1 positive. The food was good. The man who saw us come in did not greet us....he abruptly says take out? We said no eat in and we walked to a table. Already in a bit of shock at the first words out of his mouth! He brought us menus and water and did not greet or speak. Dropped our water and menus and looked like a man about to blow as he walked away. He looked like he should have been a bouncer at a rowdy club!! He walked around looking like he hated his job or he was really angry! Brought our food no enjoy your meal...nothing. He never came back to ask how things were or if we needed anything else. The girl I was with needed more napkins and I decided I would like a pop. She had to go to the counter and when she asked for a pop he said" did she order one!!?" I heard him from the other side of the restaurant and it was nasty as he looked over at me! Restaurant is open until 9 according to the internet. At 7:55...he came to our table and said you need to pay now I am cashing out and I am done!!. He told us they closed at 8pm but another couple were there just beginning their meal but were waited on who I believe to be the female owner. He began mopping floors.! We were in total disbelief. We were belatedly celebrating our birthdays. That experience was quite the gift! Worst experience I have ever had in my 64 years! He needs to be removed or that business is...

I ordered from China wok in Rothesay yesterday. Anytime I ever order there I get the same thing #4 substitute for pineapple sauce. Last night the food tasted terrible (usually their food is great) I called today and expressed my concerns, I was passed off to someone else, who then took my name and number and said the owner would be calling me. 10 minutes later the owner called me, I expressed my concerns I was polite and also made sure to tell him that the food is usually delicious. I asked if there was something we could do like replace the meal and his response was "the lady you spoke with said you only said the sauce was not great tasting" I explained to him which parts of my meal didn't taste right (they literally tasted like they were rotting but I did not word it like that to him because that would of been offensive) He said "well our pineapple sauce is fine and there definitely isn't anything wrong with the food so I do not see a valid reason to replace your meal or do anything for you" ...I probably should of handled his response better but I was a little shocked so I just ended the conversation there by laughing in disbelief and hung up the phone. I will definitely not be eating there again.
