Nestled in the heart of the Valley, St. Louis Bar and Grill is the go-to spot for BBQ lovers craving delicious wings and ribs. This cozy joint offers a laid-back atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day or catching up with friends. But what truly sets this place apart isn’t just the food—it’s the fantastic service, especially from the dynamic duo behind the bar, Kristen and Brooke.
Kristen, the older bartender, is an absolute gem. She’s been around the block and knows her way around a bar like nobody’s business. Kristen is incredibly personable, always ready with a friendly chat or a bit of wisdom. She’s got a knack for making everyone feel at home, whether you’re a regular or a first-timer. Her Guinness pour is flawless, and she serves it with a smile that makes you feel like you’re catching up with an old friend. I found out she’s got a boyfriend named Neil, who, based on her stories, sounds like a lucky guy. Kristen’s presence adds a warm, welcoming vibe to the place, making it more than just another bar.
Then there’s Brooke, the younger bartender who brings a fresh, energetic vibe to the mix. She’s quick on her feet, always attentive, and has a charming smile that could light up the darkest room. Her positive energy and friendly demeanor make it easy to strike up a conversation. She knows her drinks and always seems to have a recommendation ready, whether you’re in the mood for something classic or adventurous. Her passion for her job shines through, and it’s clear she genuinely enjoys making sure everyone has a great time.
As for the food, the wings and ribs at St. Louis Bar and Grill are a must-try. The wings are perfectly crispy and come with a variety of sauces that cater to all taste preferences, from mild to fiery hot. The ribs are tender and fall-off-the-bone, smothered in a rich, tangy BBQ sauce that’s finger-licking good. The portions are generous, and the quality is consistently excellent, making it a haven for BBQ enthusiasts.
The combination of delicious food, great drinks, and exceptional service makes St. Louis Bar and Grill a standout spot. Whether you’re there for Kristen’s engaging conversations and perfectly poured Guinness or Brooke’s infectious enthusiasm and bright smile, you’re in for a treat. It’s the kind of place where you feel like a part of the family, and you’ll find yourself coming back again and again.
In a city full of dining options, St. Louis Bar and Grill stands out not just for its food but for the wonderful people who work there. Read moreThis place has got to be the worst St. Louis location I have eaten at. I’ve given this location numerous chances to win me over. I love St. Louis, and I’m from Moncton and it’s always a great experience. Recently moving to Rothesay it was nice to see a familiar chain to go to. The last 3 visits here have been far from an enjoyable experience. It really started when I used skip the dishes and they had forgotten something in my order and offered me a coupon for a free pound of wings. I went in on a Friday night to have a nice dinner and redeem the coupon. The servers disappear and only checked on us twice in an hour while we were there. It took an hour to receive our food and the order was wrong and subpar quality! The wings were not the right ones we ordered and my wrap was soggy. We ordered honey garlic wings and the wings we got were literally covered in salt. At this point we were to hungry to send food back and just wanted to eat after waiting that long. The servers response was to give us another free coupon of wings. I find this highly ironic because I was there using a free coupon from another time they had messed up. I highly do not recommend this location. Until they sort out the issues in the kitchen I...
Read moreWaitress took order of people that came in after us before us. Got our food i got wings not my favourite place for wings. BF got chicken burger he said it tasted weird. Didn't even receive utensils or napkins i had to get up and ask at the bar then after she came to the table we asked for drink refills never got those had to ask someone once again at that point we were done eating. I didn't want to stay any long to even wait for more wings. This is my second bad experience first time it was only 3 other customers from the in town one, i talked to the owner about that time he was nice but that waitress was ridiculous she was gone for 15-20 at a time and we could see her sitting in a booth with some bald guy. She isn’t even the one that brought our food. Anyways wont be back gave it two chances. My tip reflected us not coming back. The staff needs to get...
