I very rarely write reviews. But at this point something needs to be said⌠I understand that the quality and service stems from the franchisees and their management, having worked at Timâs as a teen Iâve seen how things can be done well and not so well.
For the most part, I have stopped ordering at ANY of the Tim Hortons in the KV area and will opt to stop at a location in Saint John whenever possible, however, some visits are unavoidable.
Firstly, if Iâm paying $10 (which is outrageous but thatâs the world we live in) for a 50 pack of Timbits I expect to see at least 49 in the box.. However, today we received only 40. If staff cannot count to 50 I donât know why theyâre being employed in the first place. I know I wouldnât trust them to count my tills..!!
Secondly, on more than one occasion it has taken staff 2 or more attempts to get a simple order correct. For example, one day I ordered an XL coffee and a medium orange pekoe tea, bag in. While ordering I had someone âcorrectâ me and tell me that I wanted to STEEPED tea, no, no I donât, I want one with an orange pekoe teabag in it.. On the first attempt at the window I was handed a large and a medium cup, seeing as this was visibly incorrect I repeated my order and asked for it to be fixed. Then I was handed an XL bagless tea and a medium coffee, again, I asked for the correct order. At the end of this excruciating experience my husband did end up getting his XL coffee and I ended up with a tea that upon tasting it, was tossed right into the trash.
Lastly for today Iâd like to mention the stock and availability of product.. how is it that at 5pm I cannot order a donut unless Iâm craving an old fashion plain? I can understand there being limited quantities at 9pm but this is just...
Read moreI'm not sure if Tim Hortons actually cares about their customer service anymore. Only responds to disappointed customers with an copy and paste response with no results it seems as many customers are experiencing the same problems. Definitely needs a better customer service experience and I hope one day they will learn through lost profit because that's when they actually only seem to care. Regardless my experience today was horrible I asked for a loaded wrap and they were out of all sauces and when I asked they can subtute sauces they tried to charge me for something different and I just opted for a farmers wrap which they didn't even spilt the egg or sausage in half like they are supposed and also received a half grilled wrap. Customer service can do something more than tell us to fill out a form that leads to nothing. No compensation for poor customer experiences, nothing learned. Nothing...
