Amazing shawarma place in Red Deer. The lady who makes the food is very humble and kind. The shawarma is delicious and NOT SOGGY. The shawarma plate is very tasty and filling. Perfect place for people who prefer early dinner and for people who travel between Calgary to Edmonton vice versa, perfect place to detour for a meal break. Tim Hortons is just 2-3 minutes away from this place for people who want coffee. I have forgotten to take pictures of food every time I visited this place as I was crazy hungry to dig in as soon as I got food. More importantly, the shawarma plate has decent amount of chicken. My favourite place to eat from in the area. The staff is nice and polite. The place is clean. And the food is great. The chicken shawarma is what most white people order, and it's very good. They come in two sizes and they larger size can be cut and packaged in two separate wrappers. Good for sharing. But does not reheat very well. There are other good options too, if you like middle Eastern food. Their selection of sodas is basic and scant and the bottled water is bad quality, that's my only complaint. Debit was down in the whole extended area where I live once and they let me order anyways and pay them back...

The food was very delicious. I ordered the combo shawarma. The sandwiches were seasoned right and was rich with flavour. The potatoes were hot and served with garlic and the salad was fresh. The portion was filling and the price is reasonable. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend them. Addy's is such a good place for middle eastern food lovers. Decent prices and they even have a little sitting area. I bought a platter with a bunch of different things which were delicious. I really recommend their olive salad. Looks like it is run by a very nice couple. Always makes it better to know it's a local...
