Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Red Deer

Waited 7 minutes without service. Staff looked at me several times without acknowledging my presence. Then, when they did speak - said ‘just a minute’.

No effort was made to serve me, nor were they handling a previous order methodically (the skip driver also in the lobby was also getting annoyed for their delivery).

Staff who saw me made no effort to speak with other coworkers to see if they were capable of serving me. Vague excuses of being busy was all I was given.

Ive worked one-window drive thru on super busy days, in which I had to not only take and fill drive thru orders, but also man front counter by myself. And there is never an excuse not to face-time with customers. It takes less than 30s to acknowledge a customer and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

I will never recommend this location to anyone, rude AF staff who couldn’t care less...

Bad Food, Arranged to get the food delivered on a specific day, it came a day early. The next day, Pizza Hut sent out the same food they had delivered the previous day. The pasta was cold(it looked like there was mold growing on some of the pasta), The salad wasn't green, it had a brownish colour to it. If I could give no stars I would. Ordered 3 pizzas online for pick up, only to get them home a find out they were seriously lacking in the sauce department. The large pizza was about 3 inches of crust in some spots. Call in and get new pizzas made. Drive across town to swap them out, get them home and realize I now have to re cook my large pizza because it was literally still uncooked dough under the toppings!
