Placed an order on Skip the dishes got charged an insane amount, but was worth it to pay because usually, I always have a good experience. Got my smoothie and my Panini opened them up and it was the wrong smoothie called the store to figure it out and talk to Skip support just to find out that they blamed the Driver even though the number on my bag matches my order number so it was clearly a mistake in store got refunded half the price of the smoothie. Now I have a smoothie that is a mystery. No idea what Nor would I trust the store to tell me what’s in it and I can’t drink it because I’m allergic to certain fruits. Can’t even re-order the smoothie because it’s gonna cost me an extra So it’s just not worth it at that point. The attendant put the apples for my juice right through the juicer with the little plastic tag still on the apples. She made it for me again but tried to tell me that the machine would strain it through and plastic would not be in the drink. I googled after I left. I am right. Make sure you watch if your drink has apples. Part of the reason you go to a place like this is for a healthy alternative. I got FOOD POISONING from one of their WRAPS and called them to let them know something in their wraps might not be good. They told me a manager would get back to me right away. I left my number and no word. I called back a couple days after my sickness, just hoping they didn't get anyone else sick and again they said "the manager will get back to you."
