We ordered a gluten-free pizza for pickup so that we could eat it as a quick supper before our movie date but when we parked at the movie theater and opened the pizza box it was a full gluten pizza! So we put the entire box of pizza in the trunk of the car and went to the movie hungry.
The next day, we drove all of the way across town with the entire pizza untouched and frozen in its box inside of our trunk and tried to return it for a refund.
They initially offered to remake the pizza after confirming the order was entered as gluten free on their computer from the night before and admitting their mistake so we explained that we already ate breakfast and it was for our supper last night.
So I said what about a refund? Or at least make it in the future when we are in need of a meal again? They said they would only make it now.
Eventually the guy handed me a $20 bill from the register which I explained didn't make up for the $27 pizza and the fact that we had to drive there twice and argue about a refund.
I won't be back to this location. The other location has made a mistake once in the past and they made up for it instantly without an issue. This North Red Deer location hates their customers based on my only experience here. I lost over $10 if you consider the cost of fuel to drive across town plus the $7 that wasn't refunded as well as an hour of our time to not eat any pizza and miss supper.
UPDATE: In response to the response here I went in when I was visiting a nearby business and their cameras don't go back far enough to verify so I'm still out at least $7. Good talk but no action.
Response to Owner's Update: Are you lying because you keep wasting my time? You're just making us hate our experience with your business even more. I hope you don't own the other location because I like that one. Do you?

Read moreWe had an unfortunate experience at red swan tonight. We ordered the "Swan" combo online, which comes with a medium pizza, cheese sticks, wings and 2 pops. The picture clearly shows mozzarella sticks as the cheese sticks, so that'd what we were expecting. My husband doesn't like cheese but wanted breadsticks, so seeing breadsticks on the menu we added that. What we recieved was 2 orders of cheese bread (dough sticks with melted cheese on top). So this was both disappointing as we expecting mozzarella sticks as the add showed, and breadsticks (not cheesey bread). Why is there both "cheese sticks" and "bread sticks" on the menu if they are the same product (they even have different prices). And the deceptive ad that shows mozza sticks but is actually cheese bread is frustrating. Both of the tomato dipping sauces were upside down and spilled across the cheese bread as well.
Also, we orded online and it said an estimate of 20 minutes, but it actually took more than 50 minutes to receive our order (and it was a pickup order). We were told the store was busy as the reason for the wait, but only one other person came in (they came in after us but recieved their food before us).
The pizza itself was quite soggy, and instead of ground beef like you would expect on a taco pizza, it was strips of an odd roast beef type meat.

Read more2.5 out of 5. Pizza is mediocre at best. The dough they used was clearly over proofed making the crust really small and dense, not poofy at all. The chorizo sausage isn't chorizo, tasted more like tandoori or tikki masala seasoned sausage. The price is cheap, but weight to dollar ratio is very low, could be beaten by almost any other pizza place in town. Example, $10 for a medium pizza from 2 places, the one from red swan will weight significantly less. Even little ceasers would be a better deal. Ordered for pick up, got there pretty quick as I live near by, and paid. Said I'd be outside waiting and when I went back in 10 minutes later to get my pizza 2 different employees insisted my order wasn't paid for despite having my receipt.
