I recently visited COBS Bread and tried their sourdough bread and white sesame seed bread—and both were absolutely amazing! The sourdough had that perfect crusty exterior with a soft, tangy inside that was full of flavour without being too sour. It tasted fresh and homemade, just like something from an artisan bakery. The white sesame seed bread was equally delicious—soft, fluffy, and topped generously with sesame seeds that added a lovely nutty crunch in every bite. I came at the store at 4:00 pm and i am expecting cheese croissant that is available but it seems that they are about to close only products available in the display case which is very minimum amount.
