We order 4 meals. One of which was the crispy Mcranch. My wife's meal. There was way to much ranch on it. On both sides of the Burger. So I grabbed a knife for her to scrape it off. Then after she did she took another bite, she said the ranch that was left tastes like it had gone bad. So I took it to the counter. And calmly spoke to the manager. And he looked like he could care less. Not knowing what it meant when I said it had turned. Didn't even taste the ranch to verify if it had. Just sat there not giving a damn about us or the fact that they gave us an inedible(perhaps a rancid ranch) chicken burger. His overall demeanor was to nonchalant, and his unwillingness to make aNother sandwich, let alone any resolution until I started to raise my voice.
I spent most of my life In Retail and 13 in the restaurant industry [also assistant manager of a fast food joint]. This behavior from a management, is beyond terrible. It is just straight up insulting.
Macdonalds, this is embarrassing. If this was my staff he would be reprimanded. But as it seems with the rest of the reviews on this page, clearly this corporate giant does not care.

Read moreDianne seems to be the only one who can functionally run this place. She never makes anyone wait more then 10 minutes because hashbrowns are already in the fryer. The other dude who's a store manager doesnt have anything prepared looks like hes running around like a chicken with his head cut off. I waited 15 minutes and decided to get a refund. "Im by myself" is the excuse i got. Theres 2 other people behind him. I used to run mt own drive thru when i was 16 managing cash and fries and orders and drinks and still efficiently made it so no one had to way that long. He shouldnt be a manager if he cant efficiently run 4-5 customers in the morning. I was the last person to be served as everyone who ordered after me was served before me. Dont print the order off the screen if your gunna...
Read moreI went to this location today and ordered a BLT McMuffin, once the cashier had told the cook that there was something that needed to be cooked, he got off the computer and grabbed the muffins, one dropped to the floor which he picked up and threw out, pulled another one out and put it in the toaster. He then went to the fridge to pull out the tomatoes and lettuce and then began assembling the sandwich, to which I took a closer look. No gloves, but I guess he didn't wash his hands at any point during this, so I wasn't surprised. I explained them basic food safety and to enjoy my breakfast, not only was I was hungry, but also...
