Papa Baldy's Pizza — Restaurant in Red Deer

Sadly I have had to drop my previous rating of five stars down to two. I had my first Baldy's Pizza a week ago and it was AMAZING. It was stacked with toppings so high it put Vern's to shame. I was baffled by all the negative reviews because what I recieved was NOT sub par. Today, I was excited to return because of how awesome my last experience was but was terribly, TERRIBLY disappointed. What I recieved today was akin to something from the rack at 7-11. The amount of toppings was pitiful to say the least, especially for the price. There is obviously different people working and they clearly have different objectives with regards to what they present customers. The bait and switch method of giving an amazing first impression to just pull the tablecloth out the next time is abysmal. However, I'll give the benefit of the doubt and will give them one more chance at some random point in the future but based on the reviews, I am not optimistic. There pizza pie is so damn good! They cooking it up right in the hood! But that don't change the way they treat me. When I come in they always greet me. Sometimes though, waiting, i'll sit outside, eating my food while I wait for my ride. Then they tell me I gotta kick rocks, no waiting here for a ride start walking them blocks. Sometimes even after they close they tell me to beat it and turn up they nose. I try to talk and give them reason, but they acting like I performed treason. Don't wanna hear what I gots to say, just "thanks for the money now take your food and go away, I don't care that you waiting for some sort of ride you got your food so go on and hide!" Would be cool if they never made assumptions about my life while it's a paid luncheon. If they only knew bout the days I was by there, early in the morning before their stares. Seeing piles of needles and other junk so I cleaned it up though it was left by some punk. It wasn't me but I still done em' good truly going the succeed right...

I am so incredibly disappointed. I specifically wanted cheesy bread with parm on it and requested this. The girl taking my order said "oh they always put parm on.." which I thought sounded strange bc the website doesn't specify parm on it. Anyways, after special instructions to put it on, and paying $50 for a pizza, cheezy bread, and dry ribs, there was no parm on the cheesy bread. Literally the worst cheesy bread I have ever had.
