Took my friends and I about an hour to order because the online checkout wouldn't work, saying something went wrong. We tried calling the support number on screen, after being on hold for 10 minutes, I ended it and tried to reorder - still didn't work. Tried to order on my phone, same issue. I had a 30% off code, so I called the store to try and order but apparently you can't use any discounts on phone orders which seems stupid to me, but oh well. I should have given up on this order and tried a different pizza place, but I tried again to meet the same error. My friend took over at this point, and thought maybe changing the complimentary dips for the cheese sticks and bread sticks would fix the problem since we changed them from the default dips to cheese dips. Somehow, changing them back to the default dips choice, it worked and the order went through. I don't get how trying to order cheese dips caused the online system to crash and not work, but it did. We were getting our pizza though, so we were happy.
We got the pizza, but the pizzas were all mediums, when we ordered larges. They charged us for 3 larges, but gave us all mediums instead. Two of the garlic dips that come with the pizza from the get go also spilt out of their packs all over the pizza. One of my friends didn't mind, but my other friend was not happy since he doesn't like their garlic "butter" (should be renamed garlic oil, it's never come in a butter form) and one of the two spilt packs was in his pizza.
If it didn't take an hour for us to order because of cheese dip crashing their online ordering, and the driver taking an hour and ten to get to us, we would have called and sent back the food so they could fix it, but we were all starving by this point and just dealt with it. Called to place an order tonight. after having to repeat my order about 3-4 times, I received my total- which was considerably higher than it should have been. I hung up a little confused and called back about 30 seconds later to question it. The man on the phone told me that the total was right, I questioned pricing and he told me I ordered something that I hadn’t. I explained no I didn’t order that and was told “ well too bad because it’s already been made so I need to still pay for it”. So apparently the food was already made so it was obviously just sitting there. I then told him I was not paying for something I did not order and cancelled my order. Will not be ordering from here anymore which is unfortunate because we are regular customers, but I’m sorry don’t tell me that it’s already made so too bad. Terrible...

This past weekend we ordered Friday night and got 1 large pizza, cheese sticks and 4 ranch dip, the pizza took 1.5 hours to get to us, and when it did it was completely squished onto one side, and no sauces, and the cheese sticks were cold. We had called and were reasonable considering nothing like this has ever happened. Sunday we ordered our free replacement pizza, and the 4 sauces we didn’t get before - the pizza was okay and came timely, but no sauces again. We called, and was told the driver did this mistakenly and he had them with him. We waited a whole hour for the driver to drop the sauces back off and when he did, they were the wrong sauce.
