This Tim Hortons location has the ruddest employee I have ever met. I always order a large iced cap with a shot of espresso and a shot of chocolate syrup. This location ALWAYS ARGUE AND INSIST to make me pay for a mocha iced cap instead.
First of all, I come to get my coffee and I always expect that my coffee is made exactly the way I want it. I don't care if it is similar to another type of product that is in the menu; I would like it the way I want it.
Second of all, how hard is it to ring in a LARGE MOCHA ICED CAPP WITH A SHOT OF ESPRESSO AND A SHOT OF CHOCOLATE SYRUP as opposed to a mocha iced cap with a shot of espresso? It only takes an extra button to click. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY EMPLOYEES IN THE ABOVE LOCATION THINKS IT IS WORTH IT TO WASTE A CUSTOMER'S TIME TO ARGUE WHEN IT ONLY TAKES THEM MAYBE 3 EXTRA SECONDS TO MAKE MY ORDER CORRECTLY. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO PROVE. They are not gonna win the employee of the month title by making extra money out of giving customers the WRONG ITEM.
Lastly, the reason I order my coffee the way I do is because it is cheaper to do it that way (30cents cheaper to be exact). When ordering mocha iced capp, the price is built to have the whipped cream topping whether or not you want the whipped cream on it. On the other hand, ordering a LARGE ICED CAPP WITH A SHOT OF CHOCOLATE SYRUP AND A SHOT OF ESPRESSO is 30 cents cheaper because I don't have to pay for the whipped cream because it is not built into the price of the final product.
Now we all know that saving the 30 cents is not gonna get me far in life. I also do not care if I have to pay $5 extra to get my coffee the way I want it. What bothers me so much is the way I get treated by the employees, their rudeness, and how much of my time they waste just to prove their worthless point. They are the only one - out of atleast 6 other tim hortons location in Red Deer that I go to to order the exact same thing - who does not make my order...
Read moreThe people here only listen to my dad whenever I ask for a refund, and whenever I choose to go in for my mom, they always deny whenever I ask for a refund or for them to put less cream in the iced Capps. Now it wasted our money and I got in trouble for it because nobody at this Tim Hortons from 9am-3pm let's me make my own choice. Today, I asked iflne of the employees if they can put for coffee in the iced capp because it was white as milk and tasted dishusting, it was literally just plain milk. I don't care if the machine was just cleaned, you can still give me my refund. But NO, they just can't do that. I'm sorry if this comes off as rude, but I swear, this is what got that older lady fired. It's because she denied the customers and ignored their reccomenfations and how they want their stuff. I SIMPLY just asked for more coffee inside the iced app, I can send photos too if you want, because this is ridiculous. The other tim Hortons after they clean their machines at NIGHT TIME, they always make not whiter than my skin iced capps. Read moreWe couldn’t find where to compliment certain staff on the website. So we came to Google reviews to compliment Mark . As he has always been such a joy at this location. He takes the extra effort to care for his customers experience and is always friendly. He’s such a huge asset at this location and is one of main reasons we continue to come here. If there’s an issue he always makes sure to fix it right away, so his customer services skills are top notch. There’s some other staff that are friendly but we don’t know their name. Even the kids have nick named him Mr. Happy , because he always greets them with a smile , and they’ve also enjoyed their interactions with him.
