Ok. I'm going to level with everyone. I am not sure if I have Celiacs. I have never been tested and I may never get tested in the future. I do know however that I feel much better when I eat Gluten free. Just like everyone else out there who has bought dry , awful tasting gluten free bread from the supermarket I found myself desiring something with a bit more quality and a better taste that didnt need to be chased with liquids to keep from choking. Alas, Vanessa and the staff at Maple tree created a Menu of Gluten free products that can only be described as perfection. I can't tell you how many loaves of bread I have bought that I ate 1/3 of it before I got home. The drive from the bakery to my house is 20 minutes. It is that good! Im not exaggerating. I've turned a few people onto their baking and I have heard nothing but positive reviews back. Ps. Try their cakes. Literally the best cakes that have ever been made. Don't believe me? Then I recommend you head on down and order one for your birthday or your half birthday or to celebrate the birthday of a stranger. Heck just order one to celebrate being alive because their cakes will give your life more meaning than you have ever imagined...

There was a write-up about Maple Tree being one of the top ten gluten-free bakeries in Canada, and I believe it. Was a bit pricey but I expected that and understand why, with the extra work and different ingredients involved in the food production. Can't wait...
Read moreAmazing. I am addicted. This is some of the best gluten free food I've ever had. Non-GF friends can't even tell that it is gluten free!
You can eat their "French Bread" without toasting it!!! Fantastic Cinnamon buns, bars, loaves, muffins and the OREOS are my greatest weakness. The lunch I had last week was superb (too hungry to get a pic, unfortunately). They're just getting started and you can still feel that, but it's part of the incredible charm...
