Now not all of this was the restaurants fault but they need to take responsibility for their staff. I ordered through the Tim Hortons App on February,22 of last month. I was contacted when the delivery driver got there to inform me they couldn't make my order. I decided I wanted to cancel the order since they couldn't make any of the food we wanted and I didn't want to pay for coffee and donuts to be delivered. They told me they couldn't cancel it though because their manager wasn't there, so to get a refund I had to cancel it on the app. I couldn't find any way to cancel it on the app so I called the store back. They said I had to cancel it through doordash then because they were the ones that took the delivery but they would get their manager to call me. When I called doordash I was told since I ordered through Tim Hortons App that all they could do was put in a request for it to be refunded, which they did, going above and beyond for me. THANK YOU DOORDASH. Now I had to call Tim Hortons for 3 days in a row each day being told a manager would call me back and never receiving a call. Finally on the 25 a general manager called me saying he had just been informed of what was going on and what could he do to help. He was great and I appreciate his help but it seems to be a trend that your employees take info down in their heads and fail to put it on paper or you just happen to lose the information alot. It has now been over a month and I still haven't received my refund which by the way is almost $50 but apparently Tim Hortons couldn't care less about getting money back to consumers in a timely manner or that they have put me through so much inconvenience and all they can say is sorry for...
Read moreCame from work craving an Ice cap. I always go to this Tim Hortons to get snacks, as well as my craving of an Ice Cap. I walked in today. and was so diaspointed in the service. It was not even busy in drive thru or at front counter. I saw one couple in the lobby. When I came in I was not greeted by the person who was sweeping up the floors. He just looked at me and it looked at me. He never acknowledged me. I saw one person in drive thru and he was hiding in drive thru, which I am sure he saw me come in. I stood at the front counter for 2 to 3 minutes. I saw one worker come out from the back walked over to the far corner and grab something and never even looked up to see if someone was at the front counter. I understand if they are cleaning, but they should at least look up every so often to see if someone is at the front counter. I suggest maybe installing something to the door, so when the door opens it makes a noise for people to know someone is there. However the person who was sweeping the lobby could have washed his hands and helped me or told one of the people that I was there. When I walked towards the door I said, "I guess you guys don't want my business." the person who was sweeping the floors in the lobby said okay. Like he didn't care that I said that. Worst service ever. Seriously I will never ever be coming back to this establishment or any Tim Hortons. I am disgusted by the customer service. I guess I would rather go some where else or make my own ice coffees instead. Save the trouble of having rude service. By the way I would always come in at least once a day to get something. You just lost a customer, and I will be telling others...
Read moreWe purposely went inside to order instead of the drive thru as we had a 7 person order for breakfast. We ended up waiting inside for up to 40 min, when we choose to wait for new hash browns and not take a substitute for them as they just ran out we recieved dirty looks and snarls from the cashier. Line up was very long, people in front of us had already been waiting 30 min. It was quite the gong show. We tried to check as they put everything in the bags and rushed home as the kids were getting very hungry, even after all of that they missed a meal that we had paid for. Also, like some of the other reviews have stated, broken bathroom hand dryers for weeks, once I used the bathroom in the past the toliet would spray water all over the floor when flushed, when I told the cashier she didn't seem to care and said it's been leaking for a few days already. Kinda strange way to operate a business, and not impressed with customer service. I understand when things get busy, but why take it out on the customer? I don't think I'll be visiting this...
