Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Red Deer

I was this morning to get coffee from there and then I was trying to get my point and then I was asked from the employee. I need to get my point and then she says OK. You can scan it and then I was a scanned, but I didn’t get any point and honestly, I didn’t care about the point but the thing is they’re cheating us then I was getting madI went back to the Cashier and then the cashier is trying to cheating me he was keep playing with the computer and then I was told them man you can give me my point and I’m gonna get late to my work I don’t have time so and then he said Ok come down. I said well you keep playing with computer if you don’t know you can call somebody Else And He’s is kind of mad of me and he was asking me do you wanna fight me with me and then I was getting mad I said well do you wanna fight with me and then he’s starting yelling at me they’re so rude employee I haven’t seen before in Tim Horton like that and his name is Valium

The bad things about the Tim Horton because they’re all from the same country and then they’re talking with their own language. We don’t know what our says...

Consistency!

Please learn it... I understand each location may receive a different batch of grounds, but you'd think they would keep it within an acceptable tolerance. You never know what you're going to get....hot...cold....old....fresh.

1 lane open some morning during rush(0630-0730)....sometimes 2 lanes but only 1 person on the earpiece. Sometimes you can't even get your wallet out fast enough.

Have been a patron here for over 10 years, went downhill after the last manager left(he ran a tight ship and was always a smooth operation).

God forbid you stop here during lunch on a weekend, whether a sports event is in town or not; always a wild line up..

And please change the drive thru, do something like what lacombe does, the congestion in the mornings can be intense and dangerous at times. Having cars line up against the flow of traffic in a parking lot is a recipe for disaster; maybe...

Went thought the other day around 7pm 1 car infront of us. Me and gf are everyday customers but how we were treated is makeing us not wanna come back. You might know us we come buy and with our two coffees we get two side sausage.

On that note when we came thought we just got 2 coffees and waited almost 30 mins to get them we were at window waiting window being open I said something about the wait times being so long. The rude lady came to window. Befor slamming in our face said if you can do better I would like to see it. Point is its 2 coffees why 30 min waiting because they were to busy talking. Two min job takes 30 why does this person have a job dealing...
