I really hate to do this but seeing how it happened three times last year and it just happened again, I unfortunately have to speak up.
Roast to Trukkers.
It’s a rare occasion that I order breakfast In . But when I do i chose Trukkers. But my go to is the breakfast scramblers. The only issue if I find them a bit dry and just want a touch of extra sauce on the side.
Now I am willing to pay for it. Truly I am. But each time I have called before ordering so they know that I want it because they for some reason refuse to add a side of hollandaise sauce as an option when ordering a side.
I’ve worked the food industry with skip the dish, it’s not rocket science to add an item to the ordering menu.
So while I was really craving a scrambler this morning, I cancled my order upon the driver getting to the restaurant. Super sorry bro.
I even put in the comments “if you can’t accommodate the side of the hollandaise sauce, please refuse my order”
Come on guys don’t tell me you can’t read either.
I got an email saying that someone from skip tried calling me, when my phone didn’t even ring.
Roast to me for not wanting to cook this morning and then roast to me for being unable to drive to the restaurant to pick it up.

Above was posted on a local facebook page. And on that post I had multiple members of the kitchen and a few waitress coming out of the woodworks and making comments. Which is highly unprofessional.
Doug Goss made over five different condescending comments.
Jeff Jurgens, and Keandra Comeau are a few of the other employees commenting on the post.
It’s not hard to add a button to ur skip menu for...
Read moreThe one bigger waitress at the front counter seemed to be very rude and mean when we pointed out hair in our food and one order being completely wrong. Kept saying human errors happen and instead of trying to find a solution, she went on to berate our group. That lady needs to be retrained or fired, as the rest of the staff we have dealt with have been wonderful. I’d like to think she was just having a bad day but have been told by others she’s always looking for confrontations Lots of people need jobs with the ever increasing prices of food gas and utilities. This bigger lady either needs to bite her tongue and learn to listen or go find a new job where she doesn’t have to deal with people. Here’s another reviewers quote that is almost identical to our experience
“The service leaves much to be desired as well, there are particular waitresses who can be abrasive, snippy, and very moody at times and leave us feeling like we did something wrong when we ask questions or make a comment on the quality of food.
For those reasons we will not be returning again anytime soon, it's a shame it has...
Read moreTrucker’s came highly recommended. It took 1 visit to see why. This has got to be the “Best” restaurant that I have eaten in in decades.
No, it’s not The Keg or Moxies or any of the other big name chains. It is like stepping back in time to waitresses who actually know what they are doing, fresh home made food that is piping hot and not lukewarm. Your first bite and you know you will be back.
I had a simple Hot Beef Sandwich. There was so much tender beef, I thought they had forgotten the bread. It came with your choice of potato styles or rice, vegetables as well as your choice of soup or salad. And of course extra gravy for the fries if you ordered fries.
The salad came out in seconds. Fresh, crisp and just the right amount. It wasn’t brought out during the meal as is the custom these days in our fast food culture.
I enjoyed every last bite. It’s a good thing that I am a big eater and came in hungry. They don’t scrimp on anything. And the price for all of this? Under $12.
Like I said at the start, I know that I will be returning on a regular basis.
Thank you...
