Edit: They did try to make it right by calling me (couldn't pick up) and offered to make the paranthas without methi and deliver it to my place. I like it without methi (the last time we ordered laccha paratha it didn't have methi but we might have ordered from somewhere else then). I don't want any additional Laccha paranthas anymore but thanks for offering this. Still malai chicken was not what I was expecting - I was expecting two leg pieces with no gravy but coated in white malai - but I have changed my rating to a more appropriate one as times are tough for all and you have shown the kind courtesy to deliver the items again. Original Post: They got my order wrong -today called today (Nov 15 around 12:00 pm) ordered 8 lacha paranthas but got 8 methi paranthas. The malai chicken I ordered had 2 skinny tiny boneless pieces and lots of gravy that tasted very very bland. They probably confused the malai chicken for malai tikka.. But it was floating in the gravy.. And who gives just 2 tikkas and fill the box with gravy so it looks like a lot? The order was $42 all down the drain as I live in harbour landing, quite far from where they are. Very...

We order a lot from here and food and prices are good. However, on our last order we ordered one dish and they delivered something different. When we called them, they said its too late now and they will manage this in next order. When we called them to place another order after few weeks, they rebuked the claim first or they dont know about this or we should have ordered after two days etc etc. It was little embarassing to convince the person and provide all these minute details. They should have noted down as they mentioned prior or dont give your word to the customer if you cannot honour it.

On another note when ordered a dish paneer tikka masala on their recommendation, to my surprise its not on their menu and the price charged looks similar to chicken tikka masala. Not sure what happened here, but its not about few dollars but transparency and fairness. I think business is still good and trasparent but as owners please be little cautious about these little things.

Last week Monday Nov 4th was my first time to visit this place. Sadly, my experience was below average. As it was my first time I ordered take-out Butter Chicken and requested for extra gravy and was ready to pay too. I was straight up refused stating our container size is limited and cannot add more gravy. If container size is a limitation then they can always give it in separate container. The service personnel didn't even make an effort to check with senior and/or higher up team member. I suppose they don't care about customer let alone the business loosing the extra amount that I was ready to pay for the gravy. In my mind I'm like you are not the only Indian Restaurant in the town and competition is only growing day by day. Talking about the dish, the chicken was overcooked which made it chewy.
