Visited this store many times. At each buy, they weighed the veggies and just say the price without letting you know how much it weighs. One day after paying for my veggies, I went to another store and weigh the vegetables. At that time, the veggies weigh only 5 lb altogether instead I paid for 7 lb. I didn't complain. I started going once a week for 1 month,,, bought something, took it to other store and weigh it,,,,, SAME THING AGAIN... AND AGAIN. They do not mention how much is the actual weight of your stuff in the receipt but only the price they are charging you. it's time to think. I am not against the international stores, but the way some people operating them is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Bro common, this is Canada. Don't cheat people cuz everybody's sweat is...

Noteworthy to mention this store is my go to for anything ranging from authentic herbs + spices, quality produce, vegan friendly samosas and parathas, natural hair + skin products etc.. I am so proud to be a loyal customer dating well back into my early childhood, whilst tagging along with my mom whenever she needed remedies of sorts or specific Caribbean ingredients. Tony and his staff have become chosen family to us and it is always a pleasant experience every single visit, even moreso now that that I have a child of my own. What a legacy indeed!! Empenadas from Tony's were so disappointing in one aspect: there was hardly ANY meat on the filling! Everything else about them was really good.The crust, the taste of the filling, the juiciness of the filling but SO little meat! We won't be buying these again. They are much too expensive to be lacking meat. Everything else we bought was excellent. The staff was so nice, so helpful!! They wore masks and there was hand sanitizer available for customers. ..very pleased to see that, especially the masks. Because of this, I stayed in the store longer than I thought I would, to get a few more things on my list. My ONLY complaint was about those empenadas and I took off 2...
