Ever since this location opened (was there day of opening) have gone at least once a month sometimes twice as it’s on my way home from work. Always super pleasant and helpful. Was there may 31st. They messed up my order. I live out of town so didn’t discover till home and dishing up the family. I just gave some of my food to make up for the missing food. Called to let them know. They said they were super busy so mistakes were made. That the next time I come in they would make it right and said they took down my name. I went there today as I was going to pick up food to take home again after work for supper. I had to scroll through my banking to show I had purchased and what date. He found my receipt and said he would be right back. I waited 10 min for him to return and say no one wrote it down and 18 days was too long. I’m mind blown! Why say the next time you come in we will make it right? No mention of a time limit, no mention of needing to say the date and time I was there, no mention of well if we don’t write it down LIKE WE SAID WE WOULD then sorry we took your money last time and didn’t give you what you ordered so we will just keep that money and you get the privilege of standing there for 15 min for nothing!! I will never go to this location again. I drove to the Albert one and spent $70 there instead. Update went back in to make sure it wasn’t just a misunderstanding as I don’t like leaving bad reviews. Still same thing. They essentially stole from me by me giving money with them not giving the product. Also he didn’t seem to care I took my business to the other location because I have gone to that location MANY times they told me they own 3-4 other locations. I am upset enough to find out what locations this one owns to avoid them that’s how bad their business...

Best place to have your chicken meal.

We visited the new branch of Popeye's in Rochdale for lunch with family and friends.

We ordered a Poutine, Shrimp box, 6 pieces of wings combo meal and a 4 pieces of Chicken Combo meal along with Cinnamon & Apple pies for dessert.

I have had fast food from 20 different countries, but this is an exceptional meal that we couldn't forget.

To top the taste of food, we got an exceptional service from the staff making our dining experience five stars.

They also followed up with with us on refilling the drinks through out the meal time.

The service is excellent and quick. They would check on you and would attend to your additional requirement to ensure we are satisfied with the food and the service.

Ambiance was great and there are tables where you can even fit a group of 6-10 people.

Free parking available right infront of the place with free WiFi access and washroom facilities as well.

Excellent place and good value for money. Less than CAD 50/- spent in total for the dinner, hence this is a very affordable place for a family or a couple to enjoy a nice main meal.

Definitely recommend this place for both local and foreign tourist to either have a great meal throughout...
