Went late at night. Sky was clear, flowers in the field blew in the wind. My friends and I decided to drive through the drive through. A nice man greeted us and took our order. Once we had completed our order we mistakenly forgot a drink so went through once more. The same hero of a man was taking our order and helped us use our gift card. Unfortunately we forgot a drink and forgot to scan my Tim’s reward points card for a second time so went through again. Yo Ik so what they say, third times the charm. The third time a different employee answered our calls, so I had to ask for my favourite employee again. Fortunately he was there shortly to take our order. Once again his service was superb, his smile was out of this world, and his voice was angelic. He took our order once again as an outstanding staple of Tim’s service. We tried giving him a tip for his understanding and amazing service but he simply said “no problem, it’s my job”. People like him don’t come often, and when they do it’s a pleasure to speak with them. This was an experience to remember and I will most definitely be returning to this location when ever I have a craving of my beloved sparkling blackberry yuzu fruit quencher. 3 star for each time we went through the drive through and the other two for his amazing service. If there were more stars to give I would...
Read moreFor anybody looking for Timbits for your kids don’t bother, staff are beyond lazy here, treat clients like they are stupid and are liars.
Every Saturday when I have tried to go here whether it’s 9 AM 10 AM, they never have any selection and I’m always told that they are waiting on their delivery of Timbit batter. We all know your demographic around this location so you choose not to make Timbits often.
I will say please don’t blatantly lie to people. If you’re too lazy to make Timbits (on a Saturday morning) simply say no you aren’t making any today. If you truly have a supply issue put someone else in charge of ordering.
I have lost track of how many locations offer “sir if you have 5-10 minutes we can make them fresh which ones.” Usually they are just ready to go and I don’t need to be offered to make them, which speaks volumes to how other locations run their mornings without even touching on customer service.
This location could use some training but truly management doesn’t care when you crank out so much revenue on coffee. No one will get coached or trained.

Read moreThe WORST Tim Horton's in Regina. It's rare to get your order correct. Items are often the wrong size, 3/4 full cups of coffee or cold...I often avoid it but decided try it again. Beware when paying through the app at the window! Recently had an experience where staff didn't tell me the total and just scanned my app only to have the wrong order on their screen. When I was handed the wrong order, the clerk slammed the window on me when I told her it was wrong. She then had me scan my app again (for what I thought was a refund so I could pay for my actual order) only to have her charge me again for my order. She was unable/unwilling to fix the mistake so I ended up paying for two different orders, then had the cashier argue with me about how I was getting a deal...not sure how paying for an order that wasn't mine plus my own order is a deal but sure. I eventually gave up and drove away. Filled out the online survey asking for someone from the store to contact me with hopes of getting a refund for the order I didn't actually get......
